Accidentally came across Mary Beth when in desperate need of help while on a biz trip. Now make a point to see her every time I'm back in the area. She has accurately pinpointed the source of my problems each time, & not only does great work on the table but is filled with recommendations that have made a major difference in my life.

I was aware that I was overdue for a massage, but I had no idea how much so, until I made it on to Mary Beth's table. The pain I had went deeper than I had realized, and it took a lot of massaging for Mary Beth to work it out. It had also reduced the amount of energy I could expend, and left me feeling depressed and exhausted every morning. Worse so, I had little patience and quick to anger towards friends and family. One hour was not long enough to remove all the tension that has been building for months, but it did a lot give me relief, and time to reflect about the pain and anger I was feeling and (spreading to others). I am planning on a follow up session very soon to help knock the rest out of the tension and bring me back to my former youthful self. Many Thanks to Mary Beth. She still has the touch!!!

I went in because a friend gave me a gift certificate and I had just had a couple back to back stressful trips from east to west coast for work and I thought let's see if I can destress. I usually get tight around my neck and upper back area and I had appt with Mary Beth, she took her time and she wasn't rough at all, she was very gentle but firm and she got all the kinks out and her hands felt like angel hands and it was a lovely experience. I loved the lavender and eucalyptus smell and overall it was a beautiful experience

I don't often get massages, but I had terrible stiff neck, and Mary Beth helped me immensely. The warm towels at the end of the session were an added and welcome bonus. I will definitely be back and would recommend her highly because my experience was wonderful.
