Mary Beth Jordan, CMT

Hello, my name is Mary Beth Jordan. I believe that the happier and more relaxed a person is, the better their health, and of course, when a person is pain-free and relaxed, they tend to be very happy!

I am the founder of New Day Massage Therapy and a Certified Massage Therapist. I graduated from Washington D.C.'s Potomac Massage Training Institute in 2000, and I've enjoyed giving massages ever since.

During my sessions, my goal is to help relieve the cause of my client's pain and discomfort while still allowing the luxurious sensations of a relaxing massage.

Lezlie Montoya, RMP

Hi, I graduated from Crystal Mountain School of Therapeutic Massage in Albuquerque, NM in 2006. Although my education covered most areas of massage technique, Crystal Mountain School taught me the massage modalities that I now use in my sessions such as, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Forearm Flow, Trigger Point, Reflexology and Sports massage w/ stretching. My sessions can and many times do, utilize all if not parts of, these massage techniques.  While at Crystal Mountain my education included volunteering at two separate major marathon events in the state. I have expanded my education to now include Neuromuscular Techniques for Low-Back and most recently Hot Stone Therapy.

I became a massage therapist to help people feel better. Massage therapy gives me a means with which to help people find relief from physical pain, stress, or just simply to relax. I find great joy and satisfaction when I can help another person feel better, then we both have found a better place to begin our next minute, hour or day.

Here at New Day Massage Therapy it is important to me to make sure that each and every one of my clients’ needs have been met to the best of my ability.  At New Day we want to know when a client feels their needs were not met. If there is anything we can do to improve in the future we will try our best to make it happen.  It is so rewarding to  hear from our clients that they have come away from their session feeling satisfied and happy, and the added bonus is when they come see us again. I look forward to meeting and working with you!!

Debra Hammond, RMP

Hello, my name is Debra Hammond. I graduated from the Potomac Massage Training Institute in Washington, DC in 2006. My training at PMTI focused on Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques, fieldwork assignments and case studies.

My goal for each of my clients is to offer a therapeutic touch for stress release while relieving and pain or discomfort the are experiencing. Each of my sessions is based on the mind/body/spirit connection. My clients have said they feel totally relaxed or "sleepy" after the sessions. The cares of their day are erased for a good night's sleep.

I want my clients to feel the way I felt after my first massage,"a total relaxing place of healing and peace". If I have reached this goal, my profession has been achieved.
