My personal experience with massage started about twenty years ago when my doctor suggested I get a weekly massage to deal with the neck pain and migraines I had experienced since childhood. Being pain-free was such a gift, and I was surprised at the mental and emotional calmness I felt. It is an honor to pass this along!
