Massaging the body is one of the most natural things a person can do. Since birth people have been touching you to soothe and comfort aches and pains.

I found massage therapy three years ago and it changed my life. I see the importance in health, wellbeing, and a strong mind body connection. I studied at Potomac Massage Training Institute in Friendship Heights.

The study of anatomy and physiology clarified my perspective on the connection between everything in your body and its struggle to maintain homeostasis.

I practice Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Hot Stone techniques to treat the body as a whole. I think massage should leave you feeling light, flexible, and more fully aware of your body.
